I'm stumped on a troubleshooting issue and while I can go full nuclear option and factory reset things and start from scratch, I'm more intrigued by the WHY this is happening, and figured I would bring this to this community as I'm sure some of you might find it interesting and others might have the answers. There is a ton of experience here. So, I have about 35 devices discovered in Alexa. Completely controllable. However, they do not appear in the Smart Home section of the app. Common devices like Wyze cams for example. The services are linked. They just do not appear in the Smart Home portion of Alexa for scheduling routines. Anybody know why certain devices appear there and others do not? While all of them are available under the devices menu.

98% of Alexa issues, have to do with an account sync issue. Disable all skills, sign out of everything and start over. This is why Alexa or google aren’t the best assistants
