I've got the hub set up (check! ); I'm trying to add my Schlage lock. I have the manual with programming code; when I enter it, an orange light beside the zero flashes; I hit zero as per the instructions. and then I get a red X. All this happens before SmartThings app finishes (it's at 15% at that point). Suggestions? The hub should be close enough to the lock; it's a small house and I can see the door from the office :-) BTW I have unplugged wink but not uninstalled the lock from wink - does that have any bearing?

Pretty sure you gotta unpaired any device from an existing hub before adding to any new hub

Actually I managed to delete it from SmartThings even though it was not showing there and now it's installed!
