Anyone know of an Android app that can send custom codes to an IR blaster? I have some outdoor rgb led low voltage lights which are color controlled by an IR remote. Sadly the remote is limited in color and hue options so I was hoping that it would accept custom values as long as I get the codes it can accept. Already tried another remote with more rgb options and no go. Will be trying an Arduino option as a last ditch but don't want to mess with it. Hoping for an easy out. :)

Home-assistant and node red together with a broadlink mini (as a blaster) would do this. Everything free except the broadlink. Probably $12-15 on Ali.
