Question

Hello, we are booked to go to lanzarote 26th may. We know we are not going to be going although yesterday we was asked to check in online. We have done this as thought best to just carry on as normal until we hear different. When are we likely to be told it is cancelled? We are booked with teletext, flight is easy jet. If they cancel the outbound flight but not inbound, can we still claim a full refund?

I’m due to go away 25th may and I’ve already heard from my provider and have been sent an automatic credit note that I didn’t even ask for.

I am supposed to be flying to Lanzarote on the 1st June and still waiting to hear from Teletext. It is getting annoying now when you know you ain't going but they are making you wait.

@lanciform447 nope not just you. I am the same, not about the money because like you it will be going on a future holiday. I am frustrated as when we are due to fly I will be 31 weeks pregnant, so do I book my midwife appt for that week and plus my partner have that week booked off when we could use it for after my little one is here. X

@innocuous4 tou would honestly think they would do it month by month wouldnt you. Especially now they have said that from june, anyone flying into the uk will be made to isolate for 2 weeks

@lanciform447 yep you would, not this stupid 7-14 days that they are doing at the moment. The airlines know they aren't flying any time soon.

Easy Jet are dealing with people travelling in the next 7 days, so you'll find out the week before probably

We were supposed to be away 15th April, still waiting for easyjet to refund us

We were supposed to fly to Tenerife on 31st March, still waiting on a refund from Jet2 via Villaplus.

They wouldn't cancel the outbound and leave the inbound. I know at the moment they are doing on week by week basis

@trellis63711 they have on my Alicante one in may only outbound is cancelled at the moment

They can but entitled to a full refund even if it's one leg.
