OK friends.  I need some help with some recipes for just myself.OK friends. I need some help with some recipes for just myself. Mostly lunch ideas and supper/dinner. While my husband and the children are not on board with joining in as a family on this program, its hard to keep from being repetitive. Any ideas? I'm on the blue program.

My family and I eat the same dinner with some modification for me. Whatever meat I make I just weigh a smaller amount for me. If I don’t have enough points for mashed or some kind of potato, I just make an extra vegetable for me. I make a lot of skinny taste casseroles or crockpot recipes.

Grilled cheese isn’t too bad. I use Sara Lee 45 calorie bread. Kraft American singles. I use Land o Lakes butter mixed with canola oil. Campbell’s creamy tomato soup. I give the sandwich 5 points. The tomato soup is 7 but if you just eat half and save the rest for another sandwich another time, it’s not a lot of points. I eat a lot of sandwiches. Turkey, tomato and green leaf lettuce. Plain deli roast beef. I like diced pears or applesauce too.

2 suggestions: EmilyBites. com has great recipes. Serve yourself the recommended serving size, then divide the rest amongst your family. My boyfriend, not on WW, is usually satisfied when I add a salad and some bread rolls. Which leads me to my second suggestion. Sometimes I make a protein and vegetable for myself and add a starch and rolls for him. Pictures attached, I bet you can tell whose is whose!

Does that fill you up? I'd feel like it could use an additional veggie (like a steamed sweet potato or some beans) to give a bit more bulk

@apc It's enough for me, but it doesn't make me -feel- full. Sometimes I'll add riced cauliflower or you're right, any additional veggie would be good.

The meat looks really nice though. What is it?

Switch out their carbs for more veggies for you (lettuce as wrap, cauliflower pizza/rice, zucchini/carrot noodles) and keep the rest the same :)

Tortillas/wraps are you new best friend- I like the Ole ones and the La Bandaria ones. I use turkey or roast beef and a slice of Velvetta. I like black bean hummus or Chick-Fil-A’s honey roasted bbq sauce (I try it just use half).
