Just wondering has anyone switched from green Plan to purple ? Did you have any challenges. Or loved it and never looked back. I am at a stall and wondering if green is giving me the opportunity to choose snacky foods more and that’s why I’m at a stall

Yeah I was the same. I had to switch, but I've only been doing this a week on purple.

I switched from green to blue for 0 point chicken and eggs and it's helped me stay full I was feeling really hungry on green.

Wondering the same! (Side note: is there anywhere I can find a comparison/zero points foods lists for all three plans? The app put me on the green plan by the questions I answered but curious what the other two look like! Thx! )

Years ago I had switched from their point system (similar to green) to their whole food plan (similar to purple). I lost plenty of weight but I was tired of counting so I switched. I gained 4 pounds in 1 week because of all the zero point options. I can not be trusted with zero point foods. If you are able to control your portions and the amount of food you eat then it shouldn’t be a problem. For me, I will always need green.
