I make a casserole in my crockpot that uses all veggies and you top with ground beef. since the veggies will be zero points, you can use whatever beef you have and count it. The recipe is as follows: Layer the veggies you like in the crockpot. I put fresh carrots on the bottom, 1 bag frozen veg each- corn, peas, green beans and then top with your cooked ground beef. Add one can of tomato soup and one cup of water. DO not stir. Cook 6 hours or so and stir and serve. My family tops it off with ketchup when I serve it. Everyone likes it and we call it WW casserole.
