Brown butter seared scallops with Parmesan risotto! My favorite meal ever and my husband cooks it for me every few weeks when we have a cheat meal! It also has wilted spinach to top it with and I buy some crab legs and really good garlic bread for sides  .

@enfeeble that sounds amazing

@pair5232 It really is! It’s time consuming because you have to stir the risotto a lot but so worth it!

Funny you should ask! I'm just mulling over how much I want pizza. I'm going to lightly toast 2 pitta breads and top them with cheese (weighed of course) and olives. So much better than the delivery I would already have on the way before WW!

Pizza . but then I remember the healthy version I love so much made with Joseph's Pita pocket. If I want to splurge I use more cheese and lower fat in place of fat free. ❗

I make a sheet pan meal where I use either a big piece of salmon or chicken breast and then put cut up vegetables in each of the four quadrants and bake for about 35 minutes. Absolutely delicious and filling

My WW tips. I don’t eat healthier on purpose. I eat what I want- just less than I want. But if I’m REALLY hungry I’ll have a 0pt snack
