Egg cups. Scramble eggs, put in sprayed muffin tins, add favorite ingredients (onion, peppers etc) and bake. in oven. They freeze great too. Just take one or two out and take them to work with you.

Built bars are a must! They are my favorite breakfast lunch and snack, especially with me being so stressed out. They have really saved me during quarantine. They are low carb, high protein. They keep me full longer. They are only 60-110 calories 2-4 ww points each. I eat them everyday to stay on track. They are honestly a game changer! I love them! ❤️ I haven’t had one I didn’t like. You can use my coupon for $10 off a first time order or 10% off of a sample box for $14. 95 if you want to

I made a big frittata this week, so it was there and no thought involved. Only veggies, so zero points on Purple!
