The easiest. sugar free jello fruit salads and regular salads. There are so many different salad recipes a person won't get bored. Use store prepared deli bought roasted chicken or other meats to top the salad if you like salads with meat, then it won't be necessary to cook. Egg beaters are easy to make. Beef, chicken, or vegetable low or no sodium broth with frozen/fresh vegetables added while broth heats up in pan are easy but healthy.

Do you like cabbage ? I mix cabbage, corn, lean ground turkey, mushrooms and Kroger’s canned jalapeño tomato and add low fat broth and spice as you like. Makes 4 huge servings at 6 pts for the meal. And you can have cuties for dessert. You can freeze portions.

You can add zero pt items as you want.

Soups are great. Make a pot, freeze half. Do this each week and you can have a great variety. I also like to roast veggies (cherry tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, brussel sprouts, zucchini) and I use an Ole 1 pt wrap. When I’m home I warm wrap in dry drying pan and melt FF cheddar and put all the veggies on the wrap. Can add pico or salsa and depending on the day a 100 calorie guacamole too.

Soup, chili, wraps, salmon or shrimp on salad, I’ve made 2 ingredient dough pizza or hot pockets the night before and just heat it up at work, I’ve also done it with Joseph’s lavish breads and made quesadillas to heat up the next day,

I know you said you are over chicken but this stir-fry is awesome. Cube chicken breast and sauté in some pam spray in a deep pan. Remove from pan and add your vegetables (I normally use assorted bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, green beans) and stir fry to tender crisp. Mix all together in a bowl with some salt and pepper and tada! @fallacy you like it!

Cottage cheese and fruit. The splenda peaches from Walmart are zero points. I have lactose free 4% cottage cheese for three points because I can't process real dairy and haven't found any brand with a lower fat content. Keeps me filled up and helps with my out of control sweet tooth.
