So I get on the scale every day just to keep me on track. My weigh in day is Friday. I know in the past you could weight in anytime in a week. I only use the app. Should I record today’s weight or wait until Friday since it reported over 7pounds loss?

I think it’s a personal choice. If you record your weight today instead of Friday what are your thoughts going to be? Will you think this is great for the rest of the week? Will you say but it’s only Wednesday and that’s not my weigh in day? I personally would stick to weighing just on your weigh in day so you stay consistent.

I weigh in daily and post it to the app. Helps me remember that weight fluctuates but as long it's going down in a big picture way, I'm all good. It helps me to just check in daily with my body, but I also don't get attached to the number. It is just ONE piece of data (in addition to how I'm feeling, how my clothes fit, etc) and it helps me stay in tune with my body. But the biggest thing is you can't get fixated on the number!

I record any loss, any day. but not my gains. On weigh in day I always record losses or gains ~ the good, the bad & the ugly get done on that special day!

I would stay consistent by recording your weight on your normal weigh-in day.

Normally I only weight myself in on weigh in day which is Friday. But over the past week Ive jumped on the scale everyday and its making me crazy. I got on today and i am 2. 6 down but I am not recording it. My day is Friday and I will take the chance I could be more or hopefully less! After i weigh in i am going to stop weighing myself so much and just do it friday mornings again.

My weigh in day is Thursday. There are times when I won't be around a scale and weigh the day before or after.

It’s best to do it on the same day, close to the same time and on the same scale. that’s what WW recommends

Keep the same weigh in day and time of day if possible. Weight can fluctuate throughout the week. Your true weight loss or gain will be once a week on your weigh in day.

I weigh every day but I only add it into the WW app on Wednesday mornings. The other days I add it to the calendar on my phone
