I weigh in daily and post it to the app. Helps me remember that weight fluctuates but as long it's going down in a big picture way, I'm all good. It helps me to just check in daily with my body, but I also don't get attached to the number. It is just ONE piece of data (in addition to how I'm feeling, how my clothes fit, etc) and it helps me stay in tune with my body. But the biggest thing is you can't get fixated on the number!
