I don’t eat cheese often, but when I do, usually 1/2 slice of good Swiss

I love cheese! I cut Swiss or pepper jack into cubes and an ounce is 4 points. I’ll typically eat an ounce with sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes for lunch.

I put non-fat cottage cheese with some marinara on a 3-pt muffin. Not the same as real cheese, but good enough without the guilt.

Wisconsin girl here -- nothing is better than cheese. I could never stick with a plan that didn't allow cheese. If you love it, eat it and track it. But with that said, reduced fat shredded cheddar can be useful in some situations, like as a topping for salad or tacos. Doesn't cook well though.

Lite string cheese, baby bel lite or laughing cow for snacking with apple slices! Low-fat shredded cheese for using in recipes all in moderation!

I have found that for velveeta shreds (2 pts for 1/4 cup) and velveeta slices (1 pt for 1 slice) is the cheapest for points on WW.

Stay away from ww’s 1 point mozzarella  it was so bad I couldn’t even eat it. I like jarlsberg lite swiss a lot. I can get it at Costco too. 1 point

Hmmm. I really like the WW jalapeno cheese sticks! Funny how we are all different. Sargento's reduced fat provolone = 2pts a slice.

@unbar396 I haven’t tried that one. The mozzarella tasted like plastic lol
