Maybe I just need some new food ideas.? I’m on the green plan. Does anyone have any “go to” meals that help keep them on track that are relatively easy, particularly for breakfast and lunch?

I'm on green too. Breakfast, ole wrap (1 pt, ) egg whites with peppers, mushrooms, and onions, (o pt) and jennie o hot Turkey sausage. 2 pts. you can be creative and add or subtract any veges for a 3 pt breakfast burrito. So filling and tastes great. If you omit sausage, it's only 1 point for breakfast burrito

I eat a light WW English muffin w 1T peanut butter and strawberries on the side. 6 points. I’ll sometimes have a sunny side up egg on 647 bread. 3 points. For lunch, I like a turkey sandwich w slice of velveeta cheese on 647 bread w WW barbecue pop chips. 6 points

I'm also on green mostly eat eggs cereal English muffins or toast for breakfast but not altogether separate days. Lunch would be tuna in a pocket with lettuce tomatoes mayo or turkey and cheese with lettuce tomatoes mayo and sometimes salads plain with cucumbers tomatoes olives some dressing and sometimes grilled chicken salad with dressing supper usually chicken with baked potato and salad or veggie such as broccoli or fresh cut green beans or corn. If I have fruits usually grapes watermelon oranges cantaloupe pineapple for snacks I would do popcorn pretzels rice cakes greek yogurt light and lively yogurt outshine popsicles ya so greek yogurt popsicles and if I do chips would be kettled chips like cape cod for drinks I try to drink water with Crystal light flavor and also tea with honey and splenda

I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken from the night before and a few croutons for crunch. I make over night oatmeal or a protein shake for breakfast. sometimes yogurt with a banana and strawberry's stewed on stove top. I like a variety and keep my body guessing. change up your food choices.
