I’m on the blue plan and I haven’t been getting my healthy fats daily. Is it imperative that I do so? Also, does anyone have an awesome low point homemade salad dressing.

Kroger has a carbmaster yogurt that is 2 points a container, I’m gonna check Thursday to see if they have a plain one (there are tons of flavors) that I can mix with a ranch dressing packet with a little skim milk to thin it a bit.

do you go to meetings? I would ask there. I use butter and olive oil (sparingly) and also have avocado toast.

not getting your healthy fats can contribute to hair loss and skin issues. Many vitamins are only fat soluble so you need them for that. I add fat when I am cooking, usually olive oil, and yes, I count it. But it’s worth every point!

Not sure if you have Trader Joe's, but I really like their Green Goddess salad dressing.

Squeeze a fresh lemon in a small bowl. add a bit of chopped garlic, parsley, and any dried herbs you might like. Whisk in some olive oil. Pretty tasty.
