I’m on the blue plan and I haven’t been getting my healthy fats daily. Is it imperative that I do so? Also, does anyone have an awesome low point homemade salad dressing.

Kroger has a carbmaster yogurt that is 2 points a container, I’m gonna check Thursday to see if they have a plain one (there are tons of flavors) that I can mix with a ranch dressing packet with a little skim milk to thin it a bit.

@clerestory do you go to meetings? I would ask there. I use butter and olive oil (sparingly) and also have avocado toast.

@clerestory I’ll ask on Friday!

@clerestory not getting your healthy fats can contribute to hair loss and skin issues. Many vitamins are only fat soluble so you need them for that. I add fat when I am cooking, usually olive oil, and yes, I count it. But it’s worth every point!

Squeeze a fresh lemon in a small bowl. add a bit of chopped garlic, parsley, and any dried herbs you might like. Whisk in some olive oil. Pretty tasty.
