Thank you for approving me for this Facebook page today I'm a little surprised that commenting is turned off. Isn't that how we support and encourage each other? 1 gals post showed a incredible amount of weight lost. It really encouraged me and I wanted to tell her that and thank her + 2 encourage her to keep up the good work. But without commenting I was not able to do that. Just a thought

This post from Admin was posted a couple of days ago:  Admin here: Please do not get insulted or get your feelings hurt because we shut down commenting on a post. As a post nears 100 comments, we turn off commenting to keep the feed moving with new & fresh posts. Also, as a reminder, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the group rules. We have to delete many people every day for disregarding rules. You will most likely get feedback from us if you break a rule, but only once. Mark & I work hard to keep this group a great source of support for all of you working hard to be the best you!
