Someone suggested dividing points by 4 and using for 3 meals and a snack. This has really helped me

First off. forgive yourself. I think everyone has been experiencing the same downfalls during this time. Make a meal plan, drink your water! Take each day as its own day. You’ve got this

I have been in your spot before. You can do this. I eat WW snacks, sugar free pudding, low point yogurt. I’m a vegetarian so my ideas of good meals will hopefully be addressed with another member. I try and not miss a meeting. I also track everything. Good luck

@gleeson oh my that sounds delicious! I haven’t stepped on a scale because I’m too scared to!
by (1.9k points)
@apprehension I weigh every morning up and down a little but still below goal
by (2.1k points)
@apprehension you should really step on the scale, take accountability and keep moving forward. only weigh yourself once a week and be kind to yourself!

In the summer now, fresh fruits and veggies are my go to. I got to the produce market at least twice a week.

I really enjoy starting off my day with a zero or low point breakfast which typically consist of a serving of berries, cucumbers and a couple eggs! Sometimes I bake egg cups in a muffin tin with ham and eggs! Super tasty! Also instead of potatoes or rice as a side with dinner, I’ll make a can of corn with a side salad and grilled chicken for dinners! Lettuce wraps are also super tasty! I’ll make btl lettuce wraps or ham/turkey wraps! Even Asian chicken tacos in lettuce wraps are good!

I’m doing this with my husband so he helps with accountability and I like to lead by example. Breakfasts I enjoy: yoplait light yogurt, black coffee with 1 tablespoon sugar free low fat creamer, a banana and a tangerine (4 SP total) Or a green smoothie that I get from a local place Snacks that are amazing: grapes with any flavor powdered jello (0 SP) Carrots/celery/cucumbers and hummus. I usually get the everything but the bagel hummus and use 1 tablespoon for 1 SP Sugar free Cool whip (2 tables spoons is 1 point) with raspberries/blueberries/strawberries I use Pinterest and search ww green plan dinners and find sooo many amazing ones. It’s really all about portion control! Also the WW snacks from their website are pretty great!

I’ve been off this weekend too. Sometimes it’s ok to take a break. We are human. The important part is you don’t let it go on for longer than a weekend or a vacation.

I had a bad week too. When I hit -195 weekly points I just stopped tracking. But this is the journey. You’re not starting over, you are continuing on your journey. I try to think of something positive I did each week instead of focusing on he negative (even if all I did was drink water for a meal or went on one walk) and just keep trying to add to the positives each week.

One if the things I love most about WW: you can hit "restart" whenever you need to. Instead of "I'll try again Monday" or the end of the month, you can start now! Drink lots of water tonite and tomorrow is a whole new opportunity!

I try to have protein with every snack and meal, a small serving of healthy carb and then fruit or vege. Keeping the healthy carbs as small servings helps me because I can overeat them so easily!

I like sugar free jello, low fat cottage cheese, 1 Pt string cheese, apples, all fruit and lots of veggies, chicken. I made chicken white bean chili with a mix that was good. I put non fat Greek yogurt in it instead of sour cream. I’m going to try Chocolate hummus.

Low carb wraps, salsa, eggs-I scramble the eggs, put them in a wrap and put salsa in it. I make enough for the week and it's a tasty breakfast!

The most important thing I do is plan my menu. I eat essentially the same breakfast daily. I have a loop of about 3 things for lunch. Dinner is usually a recipe off WW app. Then I have my routine snacks. This allows me room to splurge on going out 1-2 times &/or getting a bit off track on weekends. I pretty much always have the following: Fresh fruit, plain greek yogurt, light cool whip, Grapenuts, celery, rice cakes, cream cheese spread, ground turkey, chicken breasts, fresh corn & other fresh veggies, eggs, mini light baby bel cheese, Sara Lee Delightful Wheat bread, albacore solid tuna, wasabi peas, root beer barrels, flavored sparkling water

I’ve been stuck for nearly two weeks. It’s my fault. I find myself eating things I shouldn’t. This week is my new start.

For me, planning is the most important thing. When I do that, I enter my points for the day at the beginning of the day, and it helps me stay on track -- eating only what I've tracked. If there are points left over, I know I can have a small snack that I wouldn't have otherwise.

I started an instagram to have a place where I can focus on my journey! I’m a college student so I’m a big social media user but I feel self conscious about people I go to school with knowing i’m doing WW
