For 3 weeks I did great! Had a cheat meal on Saturday but otherwise ate clean. Now this past weekend has been horrible. How to I get back? Work stress isn't helping.

Just start over.

It's ok to have a bad day, or even weekend. Start over the next day. Just keep reminding yourself where you were when you started, you're still doing better than that. You got this!

One meal at a time, one good decision at a time, next thing you know, you have had several good days in a row, then several weeks in a row.

I eat clean as well no processed foods only whole fruits and vegetables and fresh chicken fish
