I’ve been reading a lot about keto and speed keto, even bought groceries according to the keto rules but my question before I really go do it, is does it work for some ones who’s already skinny/normal weight for age/height? I’ve seen a lot of great transformations but not really anyone who was already average weight before keto. I’m looking to loose some stubborn belly fat so i can tone up. Let me know thanks!

Good question I found it gets rid of bloating but as for those stubborn extra pounds your gonna need to exercise Also I found as much as u need high fats to curb your hunger from not eating the carbs. Alot of recipies require cheese and bacon. I found too much is not good as those have hidden sugars and toxins in them. So for someone just trying to firm up cheese and bacon is not the answer. I'm not to keen on this diet but u do learn how to curb carbs and realize portion control also learn intermittent fasting. Our bodies do not require the amounts of food we've been known to consume. I started Jan 2 and need to lose 20-30 lbs. I have lost 10 lbs but have stalled losing the last 10-20 lbs. I do feel better though. My clothes are more loose and I’m losing inches. My high blood pressure has went down and I’m off one of medicines and hope to be off my other high b p med soon. I am more focused at work and my acid reflux is getting better. So I am hopefully I will lose the last 10-20 pounds and I am feeling great as well.
