If I get this do I just plug it next to my router in my office where my base station is located and it should help extend the signal to my chicken coop?

Best answer
Wifi extenders will not extend your wifi for the cameras. The base sends the wifi signal to the cameras.

you can try positioning the base in a different location that it will reach your router, facing it the opposite direction sometimes helps.

you don't have to move router but moving it closer to the cameras that are lagging will help

, you’d need an additional base. The WiFi extender will not solve the problem as the camera connects to the base, not to WiFi extender. Hope this helps
