Is there anyway to connect to live feed faster? I swear by the time it lets me the delivery guy is gone especially when it’s packages that require signatures.

What's your internet speed especially ping and upload speeds? What cameras do you have?

@terrie Thanksng arlo pro 2. Not sure on speed gotta double check but my parents arlo pro 2 is just as slow to connect as mine an their speed is like 3-4X faster than mine

Cool. Go to speedtest. net on your computer and see what it says. The lag is because you press the live stream button, it goes up the internet to the arlo servers, comes back down the internet to your base station. You base station has to send the signal to the camera to start streaming. The stream has to start and send to the base station. This video then goes up to the arlo servers and back down to your phone. I have 200 down and 500 up with a 3ms ping time. The lag is generally about 5-6 seconds for cameras that don't have local live streaming

Unfortunately the Arlo system can only connect to 2. 4g and if you have a lot of cameras on the same frequency, won’t the lag time be greater?

I agree, half the time I get the message that it can't connect, or I need to update Adobe, it's been updated! Very frustrating.

This is usually a connect issue from your provider, not a camera issue

@plumbic7 parents place has the sane arlo with probably 4X the speed and same issue
