HELP, I have 4 cameras on arlo pro, 3 use chargers, they were all working fine until after the recent upgrade, since then 1 of the cameras kept saying that there was a fault with the charging lead and told me to disconnect it from the cameras end, I did not do this for a couple of months and it was fully charged all the time, but I was then getting the message every time I logged on so I followed this advice, since I did that it will not charge, any one got any advice please?

Is it a non-Arlo charger?

Always best to use genuine accessories. Check the charging port for the faulting one is clear of debris. Swap the charger with one that is working to determine if it's the camera or charger that's the issue. If camera, swap batteries with a working one to determine if it's the camera or the battery. If none of that sorts you out, use a genuine charger and cable

Thanks very much sorry I don’t understand it as it worked until they told me to unplug it? I’ll see if I can change a camera over thanks for your advice
