@reorganization9 I had that problem in the beginning and had to reset my base station back to virgin state. After that it was fine.

OK, and nothing else is going offline at the same time? I would consider trying a different ethernet cable

Change your Wi-Fi channels on your router same thing happened to me That's what I did too much traffic not enough internet for it and then it cuts out

@reorganization9 there should be a login to your router I have an app that I went through for nighthawk Netgear router and I went on the Wi-Fi analytics and it told me what channel was congested so I just switched the channel of my 2. 4 so in my 5G so they were colliding with each other and it seemed to fix the problem I've been in it haven't had any issues yet it will just blink orange and cut out

Firmware updating is a blue and orange alternating LED. Is that what's happening?
