One of my newer cameras was offline today. I opened it to try changing the battery. As you can see it is filled with water! Should I contact support for a new one? Because I am aware that they are not water proof I was careful closing it when I put it up.

I bought it 2/22/2020. I haven't damaged it. It was mounted and has been fine until today. Clearly the seal did not function allowing water to get into the camera

I would contact them since you've only had it for a couple months. also I would invest in a silicone cover one extra layer of protection

I have contacted support. If they don't replace the camera a cover won't do much good (being snarky, sorry)

Mine didn't fill with water but the camera lens had water spots so bad you could not see a picture. They tried everything to reset it but instead sent a new one. Does yours still work? I did not know they aren't water proof. That makes no sense.

so much water inside . It'll take days to dry. I'm not fiddling with it. It'll only collect water again
