Question

I have three arlo camera’s. One, I can not get on my Arlo app. I am NOT tech savvy. any suggestions? Adm: please delete if not ok

Presumably you can see your other two cameras. From the app, tap Add New Device and follow the instructions. It would be helpful if you could have the camera about 2-4 feet from the base station while you’re doing this.

@disharmony yes, other two cameras are showing on my app. I’ve tried placing the camera beside the base station, but the camera just blinks green, then amber, then green again. It’s not finding the camera, I think.

Bring the one camera inside next to the base station. Hit the sync button on the back of the base station and then hit the sync button on the camera.

I would recommend resetting the base station and starting over the sync process. I had to do that once.
