Join both the arlo and ring to Alexa. after you have discovered the devices, go to Alexa App / Routines/ SmartHome and then you can things like if Ring Alarm is turned on/put arlo camera recording on. or if Arlo camera detects motion, turn Ring light switch on . IFTTT is similar, and may be limited in what's exposed. You have to see what triggers are exposed on the platform I use Alexa Routines to turn my SmartThings hub in Away mode when the RIng Alarm is turned on using Alexa Routines/Smart Home Monitor, as i slowly convert the Door/Window sensors over. Also turn my hue lights on, sonos speaker (connected via SmartThings) speak when the Front Door is opened. See what's available and what works for you
