We have arlo ultra cameras and base station purchased as a set brand new in store and are having issues. They are located around our new (old/70’s built) house over an hour away which we won’t be moving into until renovations/extension have started then finished. Issues arise when we aren’t there to see what’s happening on site at the time. Once every couple of weeks the base station goes offline. We don’t know if 1. the power to the house is dropping out or 2. if there is an electrical issue with the house or 3. The internet is dropping out (internet provider has told us we can only get a maximum of 37. 3 download speed instead of 50 as per our plan/using providers modem they sent us when we signed up) OR 4. The problem lies with the base station itself. Any advice please?

If you are not in home network, no need 4k ON. turn OFF 4k and try if that’s works. i had ULTRA, same problem. Won’t stay connected.
