Anyone a business owner and use Quickbooks online? How did you learn the program?

I'm a CB. Quickbooks is the only software I use (since it was 3. 0). I use both desktop and online for clients. The general consensus among CBs is a dislike of the online version. The program is different than the desktop but the gist is the same. QB is easy to use either way. If you feel a class would help you, then go for it. Check out Ed2Go for online classes. They are supported through community colleges. Feel free to reach out.

I don’t use the online version but I do use quick books. I learned it on my own with no trouble. It is very intuitive. I’m happy to help if you have questions  I run my business on my own and keep my own books. Only use an accountant for tax filing

Trial and error but it’s not hard.

‍♀️ they have SO Many tutorial videos. Thankfully I own a franchise and was given “some” guidance but definitely trial and error. Also, find someone with a similar business and talk to them about their setup. Once you get your expense and income categories set up, it’s pretty simple to manage
