What does everyone do for a hobby? I’m looking for a new hobby mine is costing me to much money. But it’s the only thing I do besides work or be at home.

Crafting and crocheting! You can learn a ton from Pinterest. I taught myself a few year ago. I am a stay at home mom and my crafts and crocheted hats help with extra $$ plus it’s a great way to relax! A pic just for show

My hobbies are cooking (I love to food prep), beginner yoga, exercise, scavenger hunts with my kids, volunteering, coloring (yes, adult coloring books) but I’m also a neat freak and I enjoy cooking, cleaning and organizing so I do that a lot too.

Budgeting. I love looking over the budget, planning things, trying new challenges. Also, I’m doing thirty day challenges instead of resolutions. For example: gratitude journal, no drinking, join a gym with a friend, learn some guitar chords, read instead of phone time. you get the idea.

I’m glad that I see almost everyone just have hobbies that just require being in the house. I do color by number and I also love to use my planners. Makes me feel a lot better about me being a homebody. At a time I felt that I have no social life because all I do is work and come home unless I’m at bingo usually just once a week. But lately I have been going more. So glad to see I’m not the only one that likes to stay home watch snapped or ID channel and do my color by number on my phone. So maybe I have more hobbies than I thought  and I can tell people when they say you don’t do anything but stay in the house that I’m not the only person that stays in the house and does these things.

I used to scrapbook all the time, now I’ve found planning. The only thing is once I find a new hobby I am all in with getting all the fun stuff that goes with it. Thankfully I have a ton of supplies left from scrapbooking so I am trying hard to use what I have and not buy more. Budgeting has helped me tremendously with this.

I do embroidery, it is kind of in right now, because it is very inexpensive, takes up small amount of space, easy to pickup and put down. Can be traditional, modern, or experimental!

My fav hobby is budgeting! My workbook is my happy place! And gardening is a close second! Hoping to get my peppers started tomorrow, and tomatoes going within a week or two. I am going to try and start extra plants this year and then sell them late April/early May!
