Question

Does any one file their taxes on turbo tax? If so do you get the max program and everything that is offered I believe a total of 120. 00. Debating if should get that protection or just save 60’dollars. Anyone?

I switched to a different site this year and saved a ton of money. Never doing turbo tax again!

How do I report it?! They wouldn’t offer me the free file option and Im a pretty average tax filer. No crazy documents to file

I do it and have it taken from my federal refund. I don’t trust myself enough to not make a mistake so I prefer having the security without paying an accountant

I just go through turbotax free file. I've used them for years and never had a problem

I have used turbo tax for years and have never bought the protection.

I always use Turbo Tax. I buy the one with investments because I have a stock purchase program at work. There is a table on their site that lays out the differences. Only buy what you need. I think there are 3 levels.

I also do not buy the audit defender protection.

We got our taxes done by a local tax office and it was $60. I wouldn’t pay $120
