I saved $1, 000 for emergency fund. Working in paying down debt (have about 18, 000 to go) and my daughter just announced she is getting married in October 2021. How am I supposed to pay down debt and save for her wedding? I am happy for her, but really really wanted to pay down debt, I am frustrated. I know that sounds terrible but any extra funds i had i wanted to go towards debt but i will need it for the wedding now.
