I have Goodnotes 5 and can do this on my phone, tablet, or MacBook.

@sticky I'm not sure if Goodnotes is available on that platform. :/ I agree with @insulin about OneNote. I've used them in the past and they work good. I just prefer GN over anything else.

Onenote works great. If you search the posts on this page for OneNote, someone wrote up instructions on how they did it. OneNote is part of Microsoft office.
