Is it possible to have too many sinking funds? I planned for everything back to school, Christmas, birthdays, Thanksgiving and every holiday in between. My total deposit is about $125 a pay day. But I'm wondering if I really need that many

I would say keep it up for the year and when the holidays or event comes up and you don't use them then scratch that sinking fund out and roll your $ to another sinking fund or into savings or make an additional cc payment

Question on how or where do you keep your big cash ( sinking founds ) I use Wells Fargo ( Not my favorite but is what we use) So right now what I have been doing is getting all the sinking found cash and put it in my envelopes and then in a small safe.

I'm so frustrated! I've been dreading calling to lower my cable/internet/home phone bill for a while, but so many people have had success with it.

It really sucks seeing how many women not only have to manage the budget alone but also their husbands spending as they don’t respect it.
