I have mast cell activation syndrome. That means I'm allergic to different stuff at different times, depending on my exposures. So I need to have different food options, in case I'm in a reactive state. My absolute avoidance are wheat, rye, barley. Rice is kept at a minimum. Most raw fruits and veggies are out. Cheeeeeeeese is all ok! My family eats what I do, for the most part. Our budget is $150/week.
