Anyone have a Roku or Roku TV? We have 2 and just pulled the plug on cable! Does anyone have apps that are free for TV streaming? My friend told me some for a fire stick, but we just have Roku TVs. Thanks! I tried to search but couldn’t find exactly what I needed!

I have a roku! I use my parents Xfinity account to watch live TV on Freeform, HGTV, E! And TLC. If you know someone who has cable, see if they are willing to give you their email and password

Roku has some programs. Our Roku TV came with Netflix, Hulu, ID, and a few other apps installed so we use those. If you have amazon prime you can download the amazon movie app there are free movies there and you can rent some.

We have had Roku for years and to my knowledge there is no free app for streaming live tv. There are several live streaming apps but they require subscriptions.

We rarely watch live tv, so we pay for netflix, hulu, Disney+ and have the YouTube app.

We love our roku tv! It kind of depends on what live TV you want. If it is just main networks, an antenna should work. Any cable channel, you usually need to have a cable log in or some allow you to pay for the access. We don’t watch much live tv now.
