Hey folks!  Can we talk life insurance?!Hey folks! Can we talk life insurance?! My fiancé is 36 and I’m 25, we have a 1 year old. My fiancé just had some Biopsies done and now has to be cancer tested every 6 months. Is this Considered a pre-existing condition? Where do I even start looking for life insurance? He has a policy through his job but it’s not is end all job(we would like to do our own thing) or it doesn’t cover the whole situation. What companies are good and affordable?! He says not to worry about it but I’m really kinda really freaking out, he makes 80% of our current income. Also the fact that this is on the board and at any test it could become positive, is absolutely terrifying.

I have a policy through New York Life and love it. It was cheaper for more coverage vs who we used to have a policy through. Was your husband actually diagnosed with anything? If not, I’d assume there’s no pre existing condition then. Each company will ask you if you have xyz. Life insurance is a huge deal. Stress that to him. People die everyday and it’s never planned.
