Question about paying off Sallie Mae. Today is my first time making an extra payment to them (YAY! ) and I paid my regular payment, but I don't see a place on their site to pay towards the principle of the loan. If I make an extra payment, will it automatically go towards principle since my account is current, or do I have to specify that somewhere?
