I have light beige/cream wool carpet. Treat as soon as it happens. Blot up as much as you can with kitchen roll then spray and leave a few seconds and blot repeat till stain has gone. Don't rub or you will make it worse. I use simple solution for pet accidents because it's wool it doesn't damage it

Restrict where you eat and drink, within reason obviously. Make sure you take shoes off as soon as people come into the house and hoover regularly. Have a stain remover spray at the ready just incase!

I used a vax filled with water only. Came up a treat, but watever you use you will have to do the whole floor.
