Personally I'd go with a Company with better customer service, I have a vax steam cleaner that does exactly the same as the h20, had a h20 years ago that broke and customer service was terrible, took months to get sorted and ended up giving up and getting a refund

I have h20 HD steam mop, I love it, butttt the water tank over time cracks and leaks, resulting in having to send for another, same happened with my mothers x

I got one from groundlevel. Com, i don't recommend it. Really poor quality
