I put mine in the bath in hot soapy water. I used the pink stuff and exfoliating gloves and sponge. Xx

Give them a good scrub with pink stuff or astonish and rinse well or put in the dishwasher. When dry and totally clean oil them and the shine will come back. It's only the oil that helps them look good again in my opinion xx

@orose what oil do you use?
by (760 points)
@marlowe5502 people use baby oil, but I haven't got any so I used some hair oil Argan and it looked fab xx

This is great stuff for any metal that comes into contact with very high heat

@albertoalberts5496 you have just reminded me of something I bought last year. would this do the trick do you think?
by (4.8k points)
@crossly84 yes, same difference except the one I have is a spray which is a bit easier to apply. But it will def do the trick and look fab again x

@magnuson hope you find it the paint was fine really just got to be careful of the drips. I’m pleased with it xx
by (280 points)
@magnuson @albertoalberts5496 I really want to paint the actual doors of my oven now. Spray paint for them do you think? Xx
by (4.8k points)
@crossly84 I think you would be best not to try to paint it To get a good look you would need to get it re enamelled and that I’m sure is pricey. If you paint it, it will chip and scratch and prob look worse. That’s just my opinion though
by (280 points)
@albertoalberts5496 yeah that’s what I was thinking don’t think it would hold that good and deffo scratch easy. thank you anyway I won’t be risking that lol xx

It’s simple as fill your bath with plain hot water and add in a couple of tumble dryer sheets . leave over night & Boom  no scrubbing , give them a quick dunk and freshen up with dish soap . all done ✅

Oven pride to clean, put them in the bag supplied with it and leave overnight then wash next day, paint with stove paint x
