Can people please explain how they clean the grout in between their bathroom tiles. in between the tiles in my shower are like an orangey colour from limescale I’m assuming? It was like it before we moved in but tried limescale remover which doesn’t work, can’t seem to get them clean again ! Thank you in advance x

My hubby works with grease diesel and oil everyday I have to clean my shower. Astonish mould and mildew and a toothbrush. Or spray cotton pads and soak them and put them into the grout lines and leave them to soak for a few hours. Close all the doors it blood stinks and open windows as it kills ya eyes and chest. I get in my shower with a sonic scrubbing toothbrush and actually scrub my grout clean and then rinse with hot water once av done It

Bicarb mixed with bleach and an old toothbrush to scrub the mixture on the grout. I always leave the paste on after scrubbing for 15 mins before washing away and it comes up a treat

It's not mould or limescale it's just soap scum, should be quite easily removed with some scrubbing

Orange stains in your shower are likely hard water stains caused by excess minerals like magnesium and iron in your water. Even if your water appears clear, the minerals will oxidize with air and stick to soap scum in the shower. They are not harmful to your health but can be unsightly. Mould and mildew remover or vinegar and baking soda mixed to a paste

Astonish mould and mildew always works for me. And a minky or something that’s got a bit of roughness to it. If that doesn’t work maybe a scrub daddy If it’s really hard to get off. What you could do is put some bleach on a rolled up but of toilet roll (like a long snake) and pop that on the grout for a few hours or even overnight (make sure to open the windows! ) that took off all the black mould in the silicone etc for me. But be careful as it can bleach things e. g cladding

Kilrock mould and mildew spray. Comes in a black bottle. Spray onto dry tiles and leave it for as long as poss. Should just wipe off after. When you've got them clean try rubbing the grout with a clear wax candle to protect it from muck and moisture . The mould won't be able to grow then

It sounds like there’s too much copper in your water supply. I had this and it was driving me crazy as I knew it wasn’t limescale and happen to mention it to my sister-in-law who works for the out water supplier and she told me what it was.
