Cillit bang black mould remover. Spray on and leave for a bit, use sponge to clean it off. May need repeat applications. Allow to dry well. By the looks of it you'll need to get rid of the wallpaper. Peel and back and see how bad it is underneath.

It's due to condensation due to no fresh air. Clean using Mould and Mildew spray. Keep room aired by keeping window open for some time.

I do mine with white vinegar and kitchen roll, my sons room is really bad for it. It's really satisfying as on the rubber parts you can see the vinegar reacting with the mould and it bubbles. Weird I know and then just wipes off

Failing that Cilit Bang is great for removing mould but very strong. You can’t leave it for long or it will melt the plastic!
