Squirt washing up liquid down first of all to help break up some of the fat and gunk. Then boiling hot water and use a cloth and your hand to act as a plunger. then add some bicarb and boiling water x

Maybe try using an actual plunger instead of your your hand if you are plunging with boiling water.

Mr Muscle drain cleaner or if it’s under the kitchen sink just unscrew the u bend and have a bucket ready to catch it all
