Does anyone know how to get the stain off and to clean the plates on my cooker? I've tried soap pads but it got some of the stain off but not all of it? Thank you x

I've the same problem. tried everything. so in the end let them go totally black and now they look as though they are meant to be like that.

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. Went out to B and M's and pick up a couple of cleaning products. They had no Billo pads x
