That's been bleached. New towel im afraid.

Try a really hot wash Might help blend in if it runs a bit of colour with the heat

I don’t think that’s a stain . only a darker colour could stain over that blue . it looks like it’s been bleached if it bothers you , you could bleach the whole towel the same ‍♀️

Used unstoppables on everything never had a stain, it may be something else thats caused it
