Hi all, we're looking at getting our house ready to hand back to the landlord. What are your best hints, tips, cleaning products etc for cleaning the walls and skirting boards? Thanks

Flash works well, personally would avoid sugar soap as if not diluted properly can make paintwork worse

Penny, might have to try and paint that one to match the others. It's only the chimney breast which is that colour

When I handed my last flat back I just cleaned all skirting boards and doors with warm soapy water. We repainted some walls in the same colour as some of them had pen on and a wax splat (oops! )
