Is not this weekend, but we adopted Meatball, 3 months old, May 1st, we thought our hearts were full, healthy, happy content with 2 fantastic boys, and our girl Paris. Amazing how much they have grown with our new addition! He has brought much love and joy, smiles and laughter! ❤

my family loved this and some aren't to hot on the ingredients but it is very good! Sausage manicotti Mix 2 cups 4%cottage cheese with 1-1. 5 pound italian sausage . Mix together and fill manicotti shells and put marinara on top and cover. 45 mins at 425. Take out sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cook uncovered 10 minutes!

sounds delicious! Mine came out of the oven a little bit ago, I tried one, a little bit dry, I had them in a water bath, but perhaps my oven was a little too warm or I did them a little too long. But for first time without a recipe I don't think it's too bad.

we have rolled the grill and a folding table to eat out front on the driveway many nights for the same, all the walkers and kids, just to enjoy smiling faces, a wave hello, some way to connect with people thru all this!
