Can some one tell me when the 1% additional home rule tax started on prepared food in Des Plaines?

Well they ended the vehicle stickers, so they got to get it back somewhere.

I just find it kinda weird on the Des Plaines website tells when other taxes started but not these

@outgrow I trying to find out when this tax started. I am not new to Des Plaines and did not now it existed

The vehicle sticker money was being used to pay the dog licence lady, because no one bought a dog tag. She retired with pension so how is that for taxation without representation?
