Where do you all go for little ones haircuts? My son is almost 2 and I dont want to spend $20.

Right in downtown Des Plaines on NW Highway. Can’t think of the name off hand, but just a little barber shop. My husband goes there and so we took my son there too. I think it’s $7

We take our son to Scissorhands in Park Ridge on Devon just past Cumberland. My family has been going there for 30 years. Very reasonable and Moses is great with little kids.

Home for free. I cut them and they don’t like it but it is what it is

My hairdresser cuts my son’s hair for free. I have it done while the color is in my hair. You should ask the person that does your hair.

@bifacial1 Yeah, we make it a family trip. My husband plays with him in a nearby park until we’re ready for him.

I used to go for first haircut at Kid Snips in Arlington Heights they do a keepsake certificate with a lock of their hair and a picture so cute. But after that I went to Sport Clips for his haircuts much cheaper.

A mixing bowl and pair of scissors does the trick.

I learned to do it myself :) cut all my boys hair, including my husbands. The money signs just flash above their heads.
