I used both. But I couldn’t handle the suppositories so they switched me to oral progesterone. It’s a little harder on the stomach but it was fine with me. I also used Lovenox during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of all three of my pregnancies. Feel free to pm me if you have questions!
