Question

I have never ordered from the store pick up apps. I’m home with sick kids and in desperate need of produce and staples. Our typical stores (Aldi, Costco) don’t offer the service. Where is my best choice? I know target doesn’t do refrigerated stuff.

Honestly I love walmart pick up. Free, easy, and fast. I use them all the time. My kids are sick too, so I'm hanging in there with you, including my paper thin patience from being up all night. All hail strong coffee.

I use Instacart for these situations. They deliver from Aldi, Mariano's, Costco, etc. You save $$ on your first delivery and in my opinion it's WAY better than packing up sick kids in this weather.

Instacart and Walmart have been my lifesavers. I’ve ordered from Costco in Instacart and Mariano’s and they both were great.

Amazon Fresh delivery is free if you have Prime. They are pretty quick and you don’t even have to answer the door, unless you order alcohol then they need to verify age. Otherwise they leave it at your door and you bring it in at your leisure. Cold items are packed with frozen water bottles- so free water bottles too!

I really like Peapod delivery. They usually have free delivery for new customers to try out the service.

Walmart is our go to! We paid for the year delivery service and it’s TOTALLY worth it.

I have done pick up and delivery from Mariano’s and Walmart. Lately Walmart has been not great with produce and meat. So I have been getting that at Mariano’s

I did instacart yesterday home with sick kids! It was great. I ordered from butera but they had Aldi and marianos as well. My groceries were delivered in slightly over an hour!

I do store pick up from Walmart all the time it’s great with free pick up. Aldi now has delivery service as well thru Instacart I believe.

I'd do Walmart, I always have issues with Instacart for delivery. Walmart delivery generally does a good job. If you can get out of the house, save yourself $10 and do Walmart pickup.

Instacart works great for delivery. They recently added Target too since you are looking for refrigerated food. A few dollars more but definitely saves a lot of time.
